It has been a long time since I visited your site and I must say I am very
impressed, particularly with your mecha and spacecraft. Normally I am not
into the “space theme”, but the realistic look of your stuff really appeals
to me, particularly the following:
Industrial Automaton HF-250 Medium Freighter
The Neverwhere
HSF-100 Ibis Heavy Starfighter
The Intrepid Starfighter Carrier
The HSF-250 "Hammer" Mobile Cannon
The Bricriu Bricriu-Class Destroyer
Of coarse I can’t forget the mecha. Me thinks I see a Gundam influence in
many of your mecha creations. I am always impressed by Gundam-ish Lego mecha
because of the difficulty in creating the graceful lines and human like
proportions. You have done an excellent job on both counts, which I think is
best illustrated in the following models:
MM-8 "DoomRaven" Medium Mecha
HM-9 "Enforcer" Heavy Mecha
HM-10 "Hardygun" Heavy Mecha
X-BFM-00 Colossus Prototype
Personally, my favorites are the MM-8 "DoomRaven" Medium Mecha, HM-9
"Enforcer" Heavy Mecha and of coarse the HM-8 Juggernaut Heavy Mecha.
Have you ever considered building a Lego replica of Gundam? You definitely
have the resources and talent to make an awesome Gundam! I am into Gundam
right now, because I am just about finished a microfig scale, Tallgeese from
Gundam wing, though it will be a while before I can post it on BLAST.
