I almost busted out lauging in the Koninklijke Bibliotheek
when I read this. However, I've seen the reference to "talking
meat" somewhere before...it was in the context of two silicon-
based lifeforms talking about the possibility of intelligence
among animals--and the discussion soon turned to the aforementioned
"thinking meat" and "do they flap their meat to make sounds?"
and, inevitably, to "singing meat!" Hal Clement comes to mind,
but I think it might have been someone else.

The 360 view is nice, but somehow I don't think the front-end
impact rating is quite as high...
