Yup! That was built by Jonathan Dallas for the BrikWars game (not sure if there
are any other pictures online of the bar other than the BrickShelf ones I
pointed to)

Does the PARV still exist or has it been disassembled?

It was just fully disassembled about two weeks ago when I moved into my new
house. I had been picking pieces off of it for the last two years or so, and I
decided it wasn’t worth trying to repair it (not to mention I don’t really have
any place to keep it!)
