The new Cam-XT Hovercar from Chevrolet, thats what!
Based on the turn of the twentieth century line of Camaros, the affordable
Cam-XT offers powerful dual forward/reverse thrusters, stylish swept stabalizing
fins, and a stable array of lifters that offer the ultimate in hovering
experiences. The Cam-XT features a deep, heavy grille, giving the vehicle a
mean, hungry look, while graceful curves roll away from the nose, offering a
smooth, aerodynamic ride. With seating for one, the Cam-XT is perfect for
running about town. Adequate storage is provided just behind the driver, and a
fully digital instrument panel rests beneath the carefully tinted windscreen.
Rest your hands on the handlebar joystick controls, and let the Cam-XT lead you
into luxury!

The idea for this hovercar actually started with the grille. For some reason, I
decided that I should build something around it. So, I started at the front of
the car, and worked my way back. When I was finished, it reminded me a bit of
the camaro my friend had in high school.
Comments appreciated!

I agree with Tony that the tiles on top of the canopy look out of place, and I also agree that the chairs are a great touch. The grille (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| (...) Mr. Davis, This thing rocks. But I think the color and printed surfaces make it look more like a service vehicle than a sports car. I see this thing ripping around between big ships on a space port somewhere. To bad they don't make a 1x4 tile (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
