Something must be wrong with the src code of your index page. I can see both frames, nav.html and contents.html if I ask for them directly. My browser definitely supports frames, because my personal website is frame based, and I can view it just find... http://www.operationorange.com

Try now. I’ve only tested this on Safari 1.2.2 and IE 5.2 for mac.
