My memories are a little vague, but this reminds me of the space display behind
a case at Legoland back in 1980 when "Legoland" only meant one place.
We have one slide of the model there... it's probably in a box in my mother's
house somewhere. I'll see if my brother can track it down. I'd love to have
the pictures of my childhood Legoland trip anyway.
I doubt the model I saw was quite the same as this one, but I think it shared
some design characteristics.
