  Re: Tri-Wing Fighter

(...) Really good? That's up to other AFOLs to decide. I guarantee it's unique as far as Star Wars fighters go. ~Clangador (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

  Re: Pirate ROBRIQ

(...) I'm not sure I'd put it on that level. Maybe one could argue that about lightsaber rods... they'd obviously be very useful in varying lengths. I've toyed with the idea of cutting them up - although that's as far as I got! (...) Oh, I'm not (...) (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Pirate ROBRIQ

(...) Of course, but I really like the look of these. I figured it's kosher since it's not a structural necessity. I'd put it on the level of cutting flex tubing or pneumatic hose; it looks pretty but I don't absolutely need it. Don't worry, I'm not (...) (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Tri-Wing Fighter

(...) This might come off as mean, but I really dont care until you have something to show us. Show us the MOC--give us pics. If you really must do the coming soon crap, give us a teaser picture. Oh, and since you've built up the suspence, we're (...) (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

You've captured the likeness of Earnest Borgnine expertly!..if he were a robot, that is. Cool bot. -Keith (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Tri-Wing Fighter

It’s almost here. This spring from Krossplanes Industries & Blackthorn Aerospace Systems. The Rebellion has a new fighter. The Tri-Wing fighter. Coming soon to a squadron near you. ~Clangador (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

  Re: Tim Builds A Bot.

(...) Hey .. join us at the soda fountain! (...) I like this build. The belt is a nice touch. It conveys quite a numbskull character. May you have many minutes of posing it and saying "grrrr..." and "ugh!" (...) Head first? -Tom McD. (21 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Tim Builds A Bot.

I love the hands!! One of the reasons I faithfully browse Lugnet is to discover others builder's inspired part combinations. Sometimes I think I should set aside an entire shelf just for all the examples of brilliant piece combos I've seen so that I (...) (21 years ago, 15-May-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: Large Intrepid-class Space MOC - Never seen as big a ship posted yet

Jesus H. Christ. That's a huge, complex ship. I'd estimate that the parts alone cost $1500-2000, and the craft took 14+ months to build. How close am I? The structural engineering must be robust indeed. Great job. More commentary would be (...) (21 years ago, 15-May-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: NEW Moc: Container Shuttle Craft CSC

That's a great ship. I love the functional yet exquisitely detailed design. All of the features of the craft seem extremely natural, they go very well together. Your engineering is impressive as well. Are those landing struts pneumatically operated? (21 years ago, 15-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Very Large Intrepid-class Spacecraft MOC

(...) Could you give us any more interior shots? Do you think it would be appropriate for a Brickwar or Quickwar? (Be careful how you answer this--Hendo's capital ship met with a grisly end at last month's event.) I see the shot on top of your (...)
