Good stuff, Ry Jade Wood.

The little lie of the door is that it will get stopped by the minifigs arm when
it is opened or closed, so a little special maneuvering is required.
I modified this speeder after taking pictures (which, imo, dont do the craft
justice at all) and removed the two dark grey 2x2 slopes on the back end. They
made a bumpy butt that I didnt like. I covered the then-exposed studs with two
1x4 dark grey tiles that smooth the end down. It looks much nicer now.
Only the one pod door opens, otherwise the whole craft would be even flimsier.
The solid side is necessary to hold it all together.
The door is held on by a single stud at the back of the craft that allows it to
rotate open. Its not particularly strong, but its the only way I could get
what I wanted.
Thanks Gil.
