  Re: Small, Red and Fast.

(...) Very cool shape and creative use of parts. I like the orange parts. Hats off. Does anybody in here know where these thruster-parts come from? I found out that these parts belong to ball joints, but I couldn't find the part on peeron. Thanks a (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Trainhead gives space a whirl

(...) This is pretty cool. I really like the gantry made out of fence elements. Your choice of Scout Trooper as foreperson is something I found a bit strange - is this a Star Wars MOC, or is he about to leave for the staff fancy dress party? :-) (...)   Re: CDC Combat Courier

(...) I like the shape, I've used similar shapes myself and they always look cool. Also it's very SOT, which I like. Where did you get the black+white stripy tiles from ? They look useful. (...)   Re: Hellbat starfighter

I've built a couple of fighters in the past 3 years with the dome that did'nt look so good, but the way I used those beveled bricks around the top and made the canopy recede into the body seems to work out OK. You made good use of some (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: P-38 Entry: C--38 Cylon Lightning

Hey sweet! The whole thing feels really tight, I like that. The shape is really cool and like Gil said, the twin booms are really nicely incorporated. Nice landing gear too, and the guns are sweet. Cool stuff, -Geordan (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Starship Corridor Study Model

Thanks for all of the comments! I really appreciate them. Two more pictures for ya', although to be honest, the original photos got through moderation quite a bit faster than I expected. (URL) shot here is a detail of the cargo bay door. As you can (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: Trainhead gives space a whirl

(...) Thanks! (...) .spacetrains, baby! (...) Yeah, any help in coming up with a standard (you listening Mr. Palmer?) would be much welcomed. I'm also not sold on that particular container design. It's modified from another one I found online (no (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: Trainhead gives space a whirl

Hi Jack, You present us some very nice creations! I especially like the idea of a standard container going along with the MoonBase background. This will allow more people to build MoonBase related stuff, without building MoonBase modules. Any (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Starship Corridor Study Model

Jeff- Superb work! I think that little details like corridors and what not can really take a MOC to the next level! Good job!!! Live it up, -Fred (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)
