(...) Giving it steering would be nice. Un-System-ey, perhaps, but I think that once you get above a certain size of wheelbase it feels better to drive it about if it steers. I gotta agree with what everyone else is saying: this is one beautiful MOC. Excellent use of slopes Ryan; you're definitely going to inspire a lot of people. (...) Solar pull on the Earth's tides is pretty weak compared to the lunar pull. It'd probably be even weaker compared to terran pull on the moon. The reason why there's an obverse lunar tide is because the moon is small and doesn't exert enough gravitic force on the far side of earth to pull all the water around to the near side.
