  Re: Gladius

(...) hey thanks... I knew putting a gun there was better than some silly sensor pod... not that sensor pods are bad... I mean they aren't evereywhere or anything.. always watching... Aggghhhhhhh TRS (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Orbital Manipulator Craft

(...) I'm with you on that. If I may sum it up: Just build and let the studs fall where they may (or may not.) (...) Ah, but there is no (URL) 'undo'>(1) button, alas. But, if you hadn't, someone else may well have. Peace and un-undo, Professor (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) I remember reading once that the tri-wing+ concept was scrapped when it was realized that it didn't really provide any more lift potential than a bi-wing, but I suspect the switch from WWI bi-wings to WWII mono-wings had more to do with (...)   Re: New MOC: Orbital Manipulator Craft

(...) Thanks. I've wanted a spacegoing crane for a long time now, and this the result of all that waiting. I worded my original post badly, but essentially I was trying to say that I don't think studlessness is all it's cracked up to be. Form form (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) Careful. People who ask Jon that question tend to get dragged off by the nice men in black suits. Soren (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

Re: Is it just me, or...

(...) Either one will do, I'm not picky :). Soren (22 years ago, 17-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Oooh, very nice! Do you have any pics with a minifig in the cockpit, so we can see how roomy it is? -Dan Rubin (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

(...) this can be taken so wrong. on-the-other-hand, i do agree with the general point of your post. i mean, really, i read that book where stephen hawking discusses different theoretical attempts at interstellar travel - none of them were at all (...)   Re: A very special floating head christmas

(...) Stop trying to take credit from Tim. Jon you know full well that Tim has more lego talent in his pinky than you do in your entire body. Stop stealing other's ideas and finish the alphabet project. either that, or you can mail me the q-wing. (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Yeah. You build the big stuff and I'll make the little stuff. Works- this is about the biggest I can build now without tearing my 2 year old junk ship apart, and that'll never happen. Thanks! Hope to see you someday... -JHK (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Mmm. Seafood. I just had some flounder tonight... thanks for the response. -JHK (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Thanks. I've always wanted to make a space tug for a while, and even though this is too small to be a dedicated space tug I think it fits neatly into the 'shipyard assistance' idea. (...) I found the cockpit piece and the engine cylinder (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Hey, thanks! I've had that idea floating around for a while and I've made some unpublished MOCs using it, but for this idea I thought it would work well and used it. It can be a neat piece if used right. Yeah, little probish grabby space (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) The Outer Rim engineers are considering to affix one once a supply of robot arms is delivered. I don't have any. Really! :( -JHK (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) NO fricking fair is what I think. you're only fourteen and building better than i do now. no fricking fair. the good side is, that im close enough geographically to actually be able to see this thing. my next big ship might need something like (...)   Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) You know, the 2x2 hollow cylinder fits nicely around a minifig head, even if it's wearing a basic male or straight, shoulder-length female hair piece... (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

(...) Excellent. Way to bring some noise. That canopy is inspired. Peace and seafood, Professor Whateverly (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Small moc- the SHRIMP

Hey that's awesome! Definitely fits the space tug bill, it looks sweet. Like Jon said, that canopy is cool. I like the engine too, nice work! -Geordan (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Crimson Skies MOC: Berserker

I dunno, I think you're missing the point. This Crimson Skies stuff is purely fictional, and as a fictional plane straight out of Jon's imagination, this thing is damn cool. I don't like it when insanely whacky but intensly cool stuff like this gets (...) (22 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military, FTX)
