  Brickfest PDX 2004 photos

That was an awesome fest! It was great visiting with everyone and putting faces to those I had not met in person before. Just to name a few it was great visiting with...   Re: Little jet, fighter

(...) The fighter looks really good. The helicopter looks very swooshable, too. The small amounts of SNOT work really do wonders for the overall shape of these aircraft. The tiles mounted on the sides of the helicopters almost look like sliding (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: The MIFFLIN A.N.T.

(...) Thanks, Gil. Yes, I'm thinking along the lines of doing mostly civilian ships. I'm currently working on (slowly, I started it in November) a large freighter, one that would have no problem pulling the Vanguard solo. Think Taiidan Fighter from (...)   Re: Argent Supra

(...) Very awesome. I love the rear, the orange tips around the engines really works well. It goes against the grain with the lime green color but I think anything goes in space. Nice work. Pat Bunn (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Professor Whateverley gets in a little research...

(...) I am not Todd Thuma, so I assume it must have been public at one point and now he's added more pics. Sorry about that! I should have done some deeplinks! (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.castle, lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)

  Re: ISD group build--New Record

(...) That was great! The only thing missing was a crowd of little kids running in to scoop up the parts, piñata-style! James Wilson Dallas, TX (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: The MIFFLIN A.N.T.

(...) This is a nice build John...I spotted it a few days ago and was wondering if someone was going to post about it. The 'collection of cannisters' look tells of it's port industrial purpose. The colour scheme is pleasing and the towline (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: ISD group build--New Record

Hm.. It seems to be a tad rear-heavy :) Good thing it's not that very stable so there's not that much forces on the bricks as it hits the ground. Still very amazing not a single brick was damaged! I'd guess some plates, technic bricks and pins would (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

(...) Thanks Jeff! I also did see your creation, which looks nice too! It seems like we have both the same thoughts about the designersets! I have them all and also keep the parts sorted.
