Attention citizens: it has come time to respond to the threats put in place by
the Eastern Block, and more recently, the 3GA. In responce to these
endangerments, we have formed the law-enforcement orginization, the PCS Police!
Fear not, for our SCRAP (Space Criminal Repository And Pursuit) fighters will
track down supporters of this "Axel of 3vil" (there needs to be one more evil
group for it to be an "axis") and bring justice to us all! Armed with dual
Mega-Pulse Quadfire FRAP Cannons (which can also be set to "Stun" and "Induce
Highly Intense Nerve-Wracking Mind-Fraying Pain"), the SCRAP can dispatch any
enemy within it's sights. The SCRAP is complete with Anti-Anti-Spamcake armor
and two cargo bays that can hold Criminal Containers and other modifications
such as sensor arrays, hyperspace-fluctuation fields, anti-spamcake missles, the
list goes on! You can finally fly safe, thanks to the Pre-Classic {[SPACE
POLICE]!}
