The NRC (Nor Ryche Command) started talks today to open our borders to the rest
of the galaxy. This action is led by Chancellor Austin Zender. "We need to let
the people of Nor Ryche know that the threat of war with the NIRASAKI is a thing
if the past" Chancellor Austin Zender stated in a public announcement today
"This is far behind us, and our Empire can no longer be led my fear."
This action would greatly increase trade in our sector and thus creating more
jobs , but not with out a price. We would no doubt see a rise in crime and a
population burst. According to The Alder Institute, not enuff not to open your
borders. The benefits out raise the risks.
Lord Rugger is against this action, and with the backing of several worlds has
stated he will fight this action to its end
