Dover, Delaware. Hopefully it'll be back up soon. I got a phone call at 8:00
this morning (augh!) from the head conductor of the Contemporary Youth Orchestra
(www.cyorchestra.org, same host) asking why the site was down.
On a positive note, my site has been much faster now that the mod_throttle has
been turned off.
