(...) screen, and those cushy seats seem more like what a real expensive spacecraft would have. That retractable exit ramp is cool. Cool engines, too. Where does the door on the back of the cockpit lead? Alan (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

That is really cool. I like the use of the Artic "burp" windows. -Lord Insanity (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) It opens into the "neck" of the plane., forward of the boarding ramp. That's how the Pilot and Navigator get into the cockpit. I try to keep in mind things like that when I build stuff. Thanks for the compliments. ~Mark (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) look like the Johnny Quest plane (the old one, which all know is much cooler than anything produced today) Chris <>< (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Heh. Yeah, I suppose it would. I don't think I'd say it's cooler than "anything" produced today, but it was pretty darn cool. ~Mark (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

Wow! If LEGO only sold ships as big and cool as yours, well I think that the world (LUGNET anyway...) would be a better place... ;-) Anyway, is it fasta' than ma' own little transport called the "Elephant"? Didn't think so, but yours does have a way (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

Oh yeah! "My ship completed the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs, ha take that!" ;-) ;-) ;-) But for real, my ship is smaller, lighter, (guessing) better propulsion) thus more faster... (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Totally sweet! The sweep of the wings! The shape of the fuselage! The shades on the attendant! (Actually, the attendant's not so hot, but she's probably just having a bad day. :-) The gantry! Mmmmmm..... Good show. Cheers, - jsproat (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) sit here all day making up stuff about the propulsion systems. So really, we can both win. Have fun, ~Mark (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Actually, the attendant (my wife) was suffering from a dowdy uniform and my own poor hand at drawing her glasses. I need to redo those someday. ;^) Please refer to the following picture for reference. (URL) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Actually, to give credit where credit is due, you should tip your hat to Colin Gutierrez. I first saw those vector vanes on his F-82 StarSaber, and I borrowed the design directly from him. Colin's Lego Tech: (URL) made a variation on the (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jul-00, to lugnet.space)
