It's called picture resolution, or how many pixels there are in the image,
more pixels meaning a larger image. Most pictures online are set at '640 X
480' resolution, which fit most screens. Your camera does larger
resolutions which are larger sizes, there should be an option on the camera
or scanner that allows you to change resolutions, choose the 640 by 480 one.
Check your camera menu, it should have an option.
You can also use image editing programs to reduce image size, although to
get a good resizer you have to pay money for a good program.

Paint Shop Pro does most everything that Photoshop does, but I found it a little harder to use, but I am used to Photoshop's way of doing things. some of my friends use it and assure me (...)
