Moonbase Module - "Purplestar" Interstellar Internet Connections —Michael Dallaston
Okay, since I saw Allister put his great Tour Bus Module up, I've pulled my finger out and taken a few pics of my humble effort. (URL) Interstellar Internet Connections provides speedy and reliable internet access for those Moonbase citizens who (...)      (...) this announcement. Having seen this in the flesh, I'm afraid the photos don't do it proper justice. The predominantly white with a touch of purple is a winning colour scheme I reckon, but hard to see in the overall picture. Perhaps if it was (...)      (...) Ahhh, you're right. Photography is not my strong point. Nor, does it seem, is it the strong point of my 5year-old digital camera. That's like 200 in human years, isn't it? As it seems more pics is a common request, I'll take some more in the (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

(...) overall look achieved by the rounded and arched bits. More pics please. A little too much trans-antifreeze for me tho. And nice touch with the sign. :-) -Chris (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

(...) Thanks! I'll take a couple more in the next day or so. (...) Everyone has their own tastes, I s'pose (actually I only really use it because I don't have much in anyhting else :) ) (...) Amazing what character you can add to a model with just (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

Thats a cool module you built there. I like how smooth the outside is and how great the color scheme is. That car could fit in nicely with my Future City vehicles. One question: where is the corridor to hook up with the other modules? Maybe I missed (...) (22 years ago, 11-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

A lunar ISP and an unconventional colour combo....very interesting. Much of the highlights already commented on, but perhaps one more would be the use of the curved 1x2x4 elements over the view ports...really softens the lines of the base. Good (...) As of this writing they haven't been moderated yet, so here's a couple of the more important ones - (URL) is the connecting corridor that wasn't obvious in the first round o' pics. You can (...)
