The shape of this is promising, although perhaps a bit square.  Try to break
up the big flat areas with more shapes and angles if you can.

Further, the big destroyer style guns on the front clash with the size of
this vessel in my opinion.  This thing looks like it's about 60 to 70 studs
long, which would make it about 80 feet long-- By contrast a 737 is about
100 feet long.  My point is you can keep the guns in the style they are now,
but I would recommend altering them to appear more in place on a vessel this
size.

What I would really work on is the colors.  While I think gray and dark gray
can be sort of mixed up like this, adding black is too much, and adding
white (even in the small amounts seen here) makes it even more confusing.

I suggest you drop the white altogether.  Honestly if I were you I would
also either drop the black down a great deal, or trade it out for another
color like red, blue, green, etc.. This might just be a personal preference
though.  Gray and black just doesn't do it for me at all.  There are really
a ton of ships like this with this same color scheme, and to me they all
tend to look alike.

Also while you're at it, if it's at all possible, match the windscreen
colors up.  You already have 2 areas in trans-black, so I would ditch the
front windscreens (lt blue).

Disregarding what I've said, it looks like a good project in the works.
Keep it up.
