These are the sets I know that have these parts. There may be more. (These
are two of my favorites by the way and I have them both)
The trans yellow 6x5x2 inverted slope is in 6950-Mobile Rocket Transport.

Both the trans blue and gray 6x5x2 inverted slope both come in 6929-Starfleet
Voyager.
