In lugnet.space, Ted Welsh writes:
That hothead Cosmo Spacely has gone and invested in the real estate market.
His first venture, Spacely Tower, was dedicated last Tuesday in a surprisingly
quiet ceremony.  Spacely Tower features 14 luxury one- and two-bedroom
condominium units, complete with all the modern conveniences.  Units with
sunken floors or cathedral ceilings are available.  All units feature three
stunning views and spacious common areas.  Roof access for the jet set; surface
access for the more earth-bound (as well as the robotic help).  Call to reserve
your unit today!  (Floating smart-alecky alien not included.)

or until moderation, a nice composite is at

Those who liken Spacely Tower to anything even remotely tampon-like will be
summarily dismissed.  This means you, Jetson.

Rumor has it that when Cosmo gets the model back out of storage, he's
considering adapting the design for use on the moon.
