Hello all,
After a year of lurking on lugnet.space, I finally got around to take a few
pictures of two of my space MOCs. I am eager to hear what you think.
The first one is a multi-purpose dropship/transport ship, which I made from
playing around with the Explorien-style cockpit parts. I am planning a
rebuild of this one, to beef it up a bit.

The second is a strange alien fighter. I bought two 4796 sets because I
needed the canopies for a huge spacefighter project, and ended up with eight
of those strange tentacles :-) Here's the result. I don't know what
describes it best: squid, wasp or spider, but Adrian Drakes brilliant
Calamari Patrol Cruiser comes to mind.... I hope the powerplant and
distribution fins on the rear section is visible on the pictures. The
cockpit pictures were way too blurry, and will be posted later.

Cheers,
Knut Olaf

| (...) Knut, I like your dropship, it's has a nice blend of functionality and aesthetics. I found your alien ship kind of creepy, but I think spiders are creepy. It definitely looks alien. George (22 years ago, 21-Jun-02, to lugnet.space)

| (...) Good stuff, KO. I always like a new dropship design...ever since ALIENS came out, I fell in love with the concept. I like the way you incorporated the 1/4 round walls from the Droid Escape set. The cockpit is very original, I don't see those (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jun-02, to lugnet.space)
