I just assumed it was eternally impossible to stack these wing plates together
and make a wing brick... Good technique for making thick armor slabs.

I could be wrong, but I believe I have some of these that date back before
SW/in non-SW colors.  Obviously it was a design modification at some point.
And what a pain, to have two almost identical parts, some of which you can
use in a certain way and others of which you can't!
