  Re: On to other news....

(...) Good catch! Missed that. In my defense, it was in the wee hours of the morning and I had just finished building my copy of Kevin Wilson's schoolhouse kit. An exhausting but impressive build! Man that kit comes with a lot of pieces. ++Lar (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

  Re: On to other news....

(...) There's a simpler answer than that - the frame in question is: (URL) original URL got split, then quoted, adding a ">" into the URL between "futuron-" and "timeline.html". If you look at Kyle's original message, the URL is correct -- Tom (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

Re: Detail Black Robot Pix, Made from Blacktron sets

Yeah, all my nifty little robot dudes are violent, specifically because they have to protect the town, and well yeah, they gotta protect the town from all my other toys, such as Transformers and stuff, so yeah.... my robots kick arse..... and RANDOM (...)   Re: Couldn't resist

(...) Not if it's a small ship that can also fly in a planet's atmosphere. Someone else who replyed to this said you can overload the wings with weapons, but if you suddenly get near a planet's gravity, *snap* *snap*, and someones car gets hit by 89 (...)   Re: I could resist but I won't (was: Couldn't resist)

(...) Being the geek I am I wondered how many 2x4s that would be. Not having any to hand (or a scientific scale) I looked it up. It's amazing, everything geeky I could think of asking has already been thought, asked and answered. Anyway from (URL) (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: On to other news....

(...) Fibblesnork is a framed site. You may not be able to get in that deep. Try this one: (URL) click on Futuron. That may not be the exact place Kyle was referencing, though. It DOES show a timeline and shows where Futuron fits in the scheme of (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

(...) Um, because he tried saying it with his toes and it didn't work out? I used to try typing with my toes and it made a big mess. My big toe was too big to work the backspace key right. (...)   Re: Building big

Actually, the problem is one of inertia. If you accelerate the ship with more force than the "gripping" force of the antenna, it will pop off. This happens even if there is no atmosphere. Also, minifigs need visors to protect against ultra-violet (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)

(...) Why do you say with your words that ion engines will not be used on the Space Shuttle in 2003, Kyle. What you fail to realize is that ion drives were invented in society long ago. Do not argue with me on this, Kyle, because just last week I (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au)
