Re: New mecha & starfighter @ Moonbase Io (3/12/01)

(...) This is an awesome design. Where did you get the ball for the ball-and-socket joint at the shoulder? It looks like it's mounted on an axle rather than the standard Throwbots part. I've got small, um, ahem, I've got pieces like that with (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

(...) Very nice. Good proportions. I think you should release weapons packs now. :^) (...) I like it. The general proportions and engines remind me vaguely of a Cylon Raider. (...) Hi! I love the yellow chair... the red wrapper one is cool, but that yellow chair is perfect. Would you mind if I used that design in one of the lounges of my cruise ship? Of course I'll give you credit for it. cheers! Joel K (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Little observation

(...) Is that the generic computer/aviation controls with the little radio communicator on the side? I don't remember, but I'll have to check my old instructions file. What color is the brick, and what are some obvious features? Thanks, Aaron (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

Re: Where's all that gravity coming from?

(...) <snip> (...) <snip> You just described my "Extra Stout" space tug - an entry into Mark Sandlin's space contest of this past summer: (URL) only difference is that I didn't rotate the entire ship, just the pods and arms. There's a rotator cuff (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.space)
