  Re: The Return of Space

(...) Thanks for making this post, Marc. I thought that one of the other LA's would have posted this news on LUGNET already, but I guess I am first. So, to quote John... S P A C E ===...=== That's really all I can say. (The LEGO Ambassadors can not (...) (18 years ago, 14-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Return of Space

(...) WHOO HOOO! Not even bley could stop me from well designed Space sets. If these are as well designed as some of the newer stuff they will we insanely cool. For example compare (URL) 770> with (URL) 7903>. As they won't use original grey anyway (...) (18 years ago, 14-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Return of Space

(...) Really? Because, inquiring minds want to know: If space is everywhere, whence did space go that it could return? When it returns, will it still be really cold, or has global warming affected the universe as well? Will it return retaining its (...) (18 years ago, 14-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Three new MOCs

(...) Hi Lukas, Thanks for your comments. The concept car is very loosely inspired by the Batman tumbler thus the off-road name. I'm not sure what you mean by "rover". As a comment on etiquette, you will probably find many people dislike ratings (...) (18 years ago, 13-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Three new MOCs

  Re: Three new MOCs

(...) Hi Elroy, Thanks. The doors are semi-functional in that they can open about 15 degrees. Not sure if it looks better with or without the hinge though. Tim (18 years ago, 13-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Three new MOCs

(...) Tim, I love the car. What a great look. I could see this zooming around in any city or train layout. Are the doors functional? It looks like you've got a hinge brick built in there in the renderings. -Elroy (18 years ago, 13-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Lunar Mobile Lounge

I had no idea these were called "Mobile Lounges"...in my one and only experience with them at Dulles I wasn't offered a drink or a smoke, and the seating was anything but plush. There were poles, now that I recall, so maybe I just didn't stay long (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Lunar Mobile Lounge

Zany, functional, and very cool. I really enjoy the 'practical' nature of this space creation, and the way it is based so heavily on current tech... Thanks so much for sharing and God Bless, Nathan Visit my brickshelf gallery: (URL) (pic=link) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Hello Lugnet, My name is Molly Friedrich. I was a regular poster a few years ago under my old name, although things have changed a lot for me and I needed some time to process everything.   Re: Mech Bay 12

(...) My agreements. The composition and treatment is well done! The film grain effect looks great too - would be interesting to see some subtle clouds or smoke in the background. Or, the subtle silhouettes of some war machines. But of course, this (...) (18 years ago, 8-Oct-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Mech Bay 12

(...) Ya, that's my fav too. Kinda makes me think of the "what if" for WW2: "Peenemünde, February 21, 1944.
