(...) Wow, very well done. Especially admire the level of detail exposed when the various modular parts go their separate ways: it all looks well-thought-out & well-placed. (19 years ago, 25-Feb-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

I wish Lego would come out with some sets like this. This rocks. Well done all around. I especially like the Transport ship. though I think it looks even better on the front of the truck than as a standalone ship. (19 years ago, 24-Feb-06, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Modifed Classic Space helmet for town use.

Way back in 1979, I was worried about the possible replacement of the Legoland town stuff that I loved with the newcomer, Legoland Space. Sure it was nice to get lots of grey, but, at the time, I was convinced there were too many specialised parts. (...)   Re: Moonbase Module: Twin Mech Bay 10 - ZRX1 Armour Application Facility

I dunno man - the idea is fun, but the execution is really lackluster. I think there's a lot of potential in the concept of mechbays that you haven't tapped with this giant-box-around-the-robot thing, and that's kind of sad, because I could see this (...)
