  Re: Battlestar Galactica Minis!

Wicked cool! I am a big fan of the look (if not the writing, and acting) of the old BG and the viper especially is amazing. The use of the screwdriver for a laser cannon ... mounted with the clip... just fantastic! Gotta go make one, thanks for the (...) (19 years ago, 26-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Battlestar Galactica Minis!

Thank you for the comments Bruce and Kelly! You're right, a Cylon Raider there must be. ;-) I will give it a try! Cheers, Chris (19 years ago, 26-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Battlestar Galactica Minis!

Hey Chris, Just saw these on Brickshelf. Outstanding! I especially love the Viper. I agree with Kelly, all you need now is a Cylon Raider. Hmmm . . . puts on thinking cap . . . mentally rummages through bin of plates . . . considers some (...) (19 years ago, 26-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Battlestar Galactica Minis!

(...) Wow, those are great! I'm going to build those tonight. My kids will love them. I've always loved the ships of Galactica, it's good to see these minis. Any thoughts about doing Cylon raiders? (19 years ago, 26-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Battlestar Galactica Minis!

Hello altogether! Some may know me from many MINI Star Wars models. But today's post is a little different. I recently watched some classic episodes of Battlestar Galactica, an old SciFi series. I thought I'd give it a try and build some BS (...) (19 years ago, 26-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX) !!

  H5N1 attacking!

Hello! When I found the remaining red Viking horn from the Longboat 7018 (the extra part) I thought it would fit for a beak of a bird. And since the bird looked kind of fowl-like it's threatened by bird flu... (URL) me, I'm a link!>> I frankly admit (...)   Re: A dark blue starfighter

(...) Nice starfighter. That's a seamless job of fitting various shaped pieces together. The resulting shape is awesome. I almost missed that even the small wingtips are angled to fit in. Neat. If I had to pick something to improve, I'd say I would (...) (19 years ago, 23-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Power Armor Updates

(...) Thanks Kyle. I will look through Soren's gallery again. One idea from his I would like to explore is the way he did the hands on (URL) suit> But it looks like they may fall apart pretty easy. (...) Okay, if you were trolling for someone to beg you to finish and post that dropship, you found him! Please finish your dropship! Don't make me hold a fundraiser to buy you more 2x2 round tiles... (19 years ago, 20-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Power Armor Updates

(...) Man, it boggles my mind every time to see what you come up with for these tiny suits. I agree with Mladen (and you, I guess) that the arms need some work. At the risk of suggesting something you'd already considered,I'd recommend checking out (...) (19 years ago, 20-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: A dark blue starfighter

I love it, especially the offset cockpit. I do agree with the earlier comment about the bigger gun. Maybe if you could sort of hide it in the body?? I don't know, but if you have the centerline cannon, you got to make it BIG. Other then that I am (...) (19 years ago, 20-Oct-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Quadrachnid update: Omega version

(...) Hello Todd, looks cool. It reminds me of a spider although there are some legs missing for that. I totally agree with Bryce in case of the red you used. Those color spots look great. Keep it up Marco (19 years ago, 19-Oct-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

  Re: A dark blue starfighter

There's no fancy name for it. I couldn't decide. Just call it whatever strikes your fancy.
