The ROBOLAB 2.9.3 Patch is available from at LEGOEngineering.com

http://www.legoengineering.com/content/view/67/128/

Some highlighted fixes include:

1. RCX Firmware 7.08: This firmware is substantially smaller than the last one,
giving a lot more space for programs.

2. NXT Firmware 7.07: This firmware fixed a number of issues with the NXT
motors. The most significant changes are:

    a. Motor brake and motor float now work properly
    b. Able to synch motors together – this means that one motor will do
whatever the other motor is doing – this is helpful for going in a straight line
    c. Able to define desired motor position or motor speed – both of these use
high speed, built in controllers to try and keep the motor speed constant and to
put the motor at a desired position (to within 2 degrees)
    d. Able to flip motor orientation - this is useful if you find your motors
going backwards (this one icon will flip the motor orientation across the whole
program)
    e. Able to calculate sines and cosines in the function icon
    f. On-Screen programming is enabled on the NXT
    g. Able to draw ellipses on the NXT screen
    h. Able to initiate a task by hitting one of the four NXT buttons

3. NXT 3rd Party Sensors: We added support for a number of HiTechnic and
Mindsensors sensors. This includes a compass, an IR device that allows the NXT
to talk to the RCX, a tilt sensor, a color sensor, and a prototyping board.

4. Datalogging Multiple Runs: We added the ability on the NXT to take multiple
sets of data before returning to the computer. When you return, it will ask you
which set you want to download and allow you to delete any set you want.

5. NXT Music: It is now a lot easier to load your own wav files into the NXT to
play them back in your ROBOLAB program. There are a few icons that help load the
files on to the NXT.

6. New NXT Icons: There are a few new icons  mostly centered around the motor
control and screen control. Detailed explanations can be found in the extended
help section.

7. A fast line following program was added to the behaviors palette.

A fully documented list of all patch items is available at the patch site.
