first question has to do with the windows in Investigator. Can the Navigator
and Project Working Area windows be moved? They don’t appear to have title
bars and are glued to the middle of the screen. Also, is there any benefit in
each window having the same menu set but behaving differently? I can see my
team members getting confused when trying to save a project. Finally, is there
a difference between the menu items New... and New VI?
