I am very new to Robolab. I have version 2.0 and I am wondering if the rotation sensor can be programmed to react to a negative number? It seems to ignore the negative sign and react to it as a positive. -- Bob Fay rfay@we.mediaone.net (URL) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Is anyone aware of any planned or potential updates for RoboLab 2.0. It's a great piece of software but I feel that it could be so much more. Thanks, Ed Cox (25 years ago, 16-Jun-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Thanks to you and Ben Irwin for your replies. After considerable beating my head against the wall I found my mistake: For the value in the angle container I had a constant instead of 'value of port 2' modifier. I surely will not forget that one. (...) There are some minor bugs in Robolab 1.5, so I always use version 2.01 or higher. If you email me the program, I would be happy to play with it. (25 years ago, 16-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

(...) What version of Robolab are you using? I use Robolab 2.01 and have not had the problems you are describing. As an example of using the Angle Sensor, I tried the program: Empty Container - Blue Zero Angle Sensor - Port 1 Wait 2 Play Sound 5 (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Jerry, (...) What kinds of numbers to see on the display and what kinds of numbers do you see in the container? Can you send me your program? or at least post an image of it somewhere? :) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)
