Version 1.5 - no spirit.ocx - can't use RcxCC

Teaching with Robolab at the college level, I'd
like to use the NCQ environment in class. I'd
also like to use the RcxCC "wrapper" since I
perceive it to be a little more "user friendly"
at their level.
Problem is that the new Robolab Version 1.5
does not include spirit.ocx. I suspect that
the new mindstorms software release will
be identical as well, but I don't know all
the differences in the 2 product lines.
Without spirit.ocx I can't run rcxCC. I have
6 copies of robolab. Is there any way to
get the spirit.ocx file? I don't see it distributed
on Lego's site.
Dave B has replied that I don't need spirt.ocx
for NCQ at the command line. Any plans
to have rcxCC not require it?
Any way to use rcxCC?
