I am happy to announce the public release of version 2.2 of RCX Command Center.
RCX Command Center is a Windows (95, 98, NT) program that assist you in
programming the Lego MindStorms or CyberMaster Robots. It provides a higher
level interface to the RCX, the programmable brick that forms the heart of the
Lego Robots. It can be used for free.
The new version 2.2. uses the newest version 1.2 of NQC. In uses the new
features of that compiler. Some additional changes include
- An improved Firmware download facility
- Possibility to watch the bytecode produced by NQC
- Macro's can be used and defined in the preferences
- Template contents can be defined from the Preferences
- Much faster compilation by avoiding the creation of a batch file
- Lots of other small improvements
