I have updated the NQC FAQ with a description of how to fix a USB Tower problem
that many users have experienced when downloading a program via NQC. Many users
have reported that they get a "Compile Failed no (or invalid) reply from RCX"
error when they try to download an NQC program to the RCX.
The FAQ describes the simple procedure for fixing this error. Apparently the
USB Tower driver is not correctly initialized with the default timeout values
after it is installed. Setting them (or resetting them) via the LEGO USB Tower
control panel applet corrects this.
