To get a mail form to try, all you have to do is choose the Support button
rather than the Customer Service button and accept a division of the community

First I tried the entries copied below. Submit failed, asking to me to fill
out more fields. Clicking Back erased my Verify Email, so that I had to
reenter. I filled out pretty much everything and tried again. Then I was told
I had to share my last name, street address, phone number. Finally I saw: "...
in order to accurately review and respond to each and every technical support
inquiry we expect to reply to your request within 2 business days".
