  Re: BricxCC release 3.3.3.7

(...) I have the same kind of problem here (BricxCC release 3.3.3.5, Win2000, Athlon 1.3GHz, 512MB), but I can't relate that to the number of errors, perhaps more to the number of times the compiler is invoked. If I check CPU usage by Brixcc, it (...) (23 years ago, 10-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Re: BricxCC release 3.3.3.7

hi John, Also version 3.3.3.7 is becoming very slow sometimes. But now I've another problem: how do I get my toolbuttons back in normal setting. This is an old problem, once you had a solution for it, but now it's back again. When you move quickly (...) (23 years ago, 10-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Re: BricxCC release 3.3.3.7

hi John, you're faster then I can download the newer versions, thanks !! I'm just using 3.3.3.5 "tools" works great, but .... there's a very strange problem, which is not good reproducable: sometimes Bricxcc gets very-very slow (Win98 SE, Pentium (...)   Alpha tester wanted

Does anyone have the following: 1. A serial Mindstorms IR tower; 2. A Mac running MacOS X; 3. A serial port or adaptor with MacOS X drivers? If so, would you like to alpha-test a version of Robot Controller with serial support? I have written some (...) (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  BricxCC release 3.3.3.7

I've just uploaded a new release of BricxCC. Version 3.3.3.7 completes the implementation of the configurable Tools feature. Transfer item parameter macros are now functional. The major feature enhancement in this release, however, is the addition (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Control the RCX from AppleScript

(...) Ahah! Check out the following SourceForge projects - still sadly in the VERY early stages! - for some potentially good news: (URL) too have USB devices that have been rendered useless by OS X and companies not wanting to bother upgrading (...)   Re: Control the RCX from AppleScript

Sorry for the quick updates, but Robot Controller 1.4b2 is now available! This adds the ability to control several motors simultaneously in AppleScript. I have also posted an example AppleScript Studio project which uses Robot Controller to drive a (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Control the RCX from AppleScript

The lego camera will not work with imovie, I'm afraid. Imovie only works with DVcameras, not with webcams. I think the lego camera is actually one of the logitech cameras inside, so there may be a MacOS 9 driver, but not a MacOS X driver. I don't (...) (...) Well, that helps some anyway...I'll cross post your info into the thread where we were last talking about this...I'm still waiting to see if anyone has tried opening iMovie with the LEGO camera plugged in, to see if will auto-recognize it...no (...)
