There could be a problem with getopt in the Windows-libc. Try inserting
a printf after the loop dealing with options, to show which program slot
dll is actually transmitting to.

I do hope this isn't another Windows-only problem ... :)

I may be missing something horribly simple, but I can't seem to get the PRGM button on the RCX to change the program being executed by legOS.
