I've added RCX 2.0 support and filled in a lot of the missing features.
There still are a few odds and ends that need to be implemented, but
most programs should be able to be simulated on it.
This is still only the core simulator and not a full GUI program. Any
interested Java programmers are encouraged to download the simulator and
build a decent GUI for it...
