   Looks like inspiration to build a funicular (the same thing but intended to go up and down hills). Of course, to do that (I’m always thinking in LTC display mode) requires a hill to go with it.

That’s a good idea!! This would require two wagons for balancing: one going up while the other is going down. Alas!! I will never have enough bricks to build the hill!! :o(

   I didn’t see whether you had an active mechanism to maintain cable tension or just did a very careful job setting the cable length?

No there is no mechanism to maintain the cable tension. I tought about it do, and note it as a TO-DO to improve in the info.txt

The cable was just a pain to adjust but it works very fine. I also installed two ruberbands in the wheels to increase the grip.
