I just picked up a copy of the Vision Command today and boy is it cool ! I found it toady in my local Target along with the $49.95 mos espa pod race special :-) The little web cam is way cool. it takes great pictures, better than my other web cam. (...) Hi, in the german edition of the electronic magazine "elektor 9-2000" I have seen some sensors for the RCX. The "non-contact object detector" came with the english edition of "elektor 5-2000" but now there are details for an interface, a noice (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)

(...) Depends a lot on how they structured the Vision Command software. My understanding is that all of the vision recognition runs on the host computer (not the RCX). If the program logic also runs on the host and the end result is that the host (...) (24 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
