Just thought people might like to know I have
developed a piece of Palm Software called
Robotic Mover which allows you to remotely
control your RCX.

Unlike the other available software, This
does actually use the built in infrared
port of the Palm Organiser rather than
the Lego IR tower.

Anyway if you would like to try it please
visit my Web site at
http://www.ellams.force9.co.uk/palm.htm
The software should work on most modern
Palm Organisers.

Hope some people find it useful,

Cheers
Paul Ellams.

(...) I can't wait to try this with my Palm III and my Scout, I might not have to buy a remote. Thanks, George (23 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.palm)

Greetings, Paul! Have you received any word from user's re: Robotic Mover works on a Visor? (...) Paul, Nice work - I installed it on my Visor Platinum, but it acts weird. The Forward/back arrows run motor A, the left/right motor B and the buttons to the right motor C. The motor 1/2/3 buttons do nothing and the stop button will not stop a (...) (23 years ago, 12-Aug-01, to lugnet.robotics.palm)
