New NXC/NBC release is available

I have released today beta 31 of NBC/NXC. Lots and lots of fixes and
enhancements. Some of your code may not compile due to fixes that I have made
to the parser. It used to let things get past which it should not have been
allowing such as extra close parenthesis or missing semi-colons. See
history.txt in the release archives for details about what has been changed in
this release.

I've also uploaded a new test_release.zip for BricxCC which includes the latest
built-in NBC/NXC compiler. It also has updated templates for NXC and the new
RICScript programming language. To load the new templates you will need to
reset your template settings using the Default button on the Templates tab in
the Preferences dialog. BricxCC now has NXC & RICScript API function parameter
help hints like it has had for NQC and brickOS.
