| (...) and (...) I've noticed that plugging in or unplugging the serial/charger cable confuses the board. Try plugging it in first, then putting it into DL mode. | I have similar problems often when my board is low on battery... could it be that your battery is low low... And I turn the board on before hooking it up to the serial board. (...)
