I am just getting into robotics and microcontrollers, and have run up
against a brick wall. After gathering information on both the Handy Board
and the Mini Board, I am unable to decide which to build first. Money is
somewhat tight, so whatever choice I make I will be stuck with for at least
a year. Anyway, my quiestion is: Which board does everyone think would be a
better beginner's board? I was attracted to the Mini Board originally
because of it's low cost, but upon further consideration, I thought that
maybe the Handy Board would be better since it would be more versatile, and
that would justify the higher cost.  Also, where is a good place to get
MC68HC11 processors? Any help?

In answer to your last question, the best price I have seen for the MC68HC11E1FN
is at B.G. Micro for $6.95 if my memory is correct.  I have dealt with them
before and not had any problems so far.  You can check the price on their web
page at http://www.bgmicro.com

Cheers.
