Hi,
I have tried to run a servo motor with an external power supply (4.8v).I
have connected the ground lead of the servo to the motor ground port (Motor
Power Jack) and the signal lead of the servo to digital 9.(Like descibed in
Fred Martin's book: Robotic Explorations)
My problem is that I cant run a DC motor and a Servo at the same time. Each
time I try to do this, the servo does not run properly. (Without running a
DC motor at the same time the servo motor runs properly.)
What can I do to solve this problem? Could the problem be solved by
connecting the servo ground to any other ground port of the HB (e.g., one of
the digital inputs) instead to the motor power ground? Is there any solution
or do I have to run the servo with the Handy Boards own +5v supply? Any
help would be really appreciated!
Best regards,
Jan
