| Hi, All. I'm new to the list, but I was wondering if the handy board could be used to control something like a 7.2V cordless drill that you could get from Home depot? (24 years ago, 7-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

| Yes, it can be used to control a drill motor, but probably not directly. It can drive 9V motors at 1 AMP (i think, depending on which h-bridge chips you have). I'm sure a drill motor will draw more than 1 amp, so you will need to use external power (...) (24 years ago, 7-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
