Re your downloading problems, first, see the debug info at
http://handyboard.com/faq/display.php?key=baddl

After the Windows serial debug test there, make sure that the serial
signals are getting from the HB's RJ11 connector to the 68HC11 pins.
Use a scope if necessary.

I have checked my serial charger board with hyper terminal. It is working
perfectly. I have checked also the connections between the charger board and
the HC11 and they are ok.
Then start looking at the memory wires, checking that all are
connected properly to the HC11 and/or 74HC373 and associated cktry
(use schematic).

I have checked every wire connection between the HC11 and it's RAM, 74HC373
and 74HC132. Everything is ok.
I have used a logic probe to check pin 21(TX) and 20(RX) of the HC11 during
the downloading process.
At the beginning TX=low, RX=high. Then, during the first part of the
download process (that one, where the rows of dots are displayed by dl),
they are switching repeatedly.
When dl waits for serial to finish, they get stuck again, TX=high, RX=low,
and that's how they stay ever after!

I tried several other downloaders under windows like Java Application
downloader for 68HC11 and Application Loader for 68HC11, they get the same
result, they get stuck in the same way dl and all the others did.....

What am I doing wrong? What could the problem be?
And what's that error, that hbdl return continously (error loading byte
#0x06)?

Thanks for help,
Max.
