Hi all,
I have now finished assembling my HB and works perfectly as far as I can
test now (no oscilloscope, but all software tests ok). I only have a minor
problem : when debugging the IR reception unit, the software test indicates
that the green led should be lighthing steady and the red led turned off
when not receiving, and that the green and red leds should flash when you
aim a TV remote at the unit. Well, the second part goes all right (I get
both red & green leds to flash with a remote) but in normal conditions
(without pointing anything at the IR receiver) I still get some occasional
red flashes, as if it were picking up something.
Is this normal ? The IR receiver circuit is very basic, what can be wrong ?
