I want to know if the time we get from timer (TCNT) is in second or
milisecond. I was trying to run the handyboard for my first time,
and I am confusing about the power supply, I don't know if the power supply
should be plugged in the handy board (in the (+) (-) spots closest to the
power switch) or in the serial/batery charger. Thanx in advance.
Hachemi

The battery goes to the (+) (-) spots, and the charger plugs into either the
Handy Board itself (near the frob knob) or on the serial/battery board.

The system time, while running IC (which is what I assume you're going to do)
is in miliseconds. If you want to write your own code (not in IC) than you can
re-program it to whatever you want.
