somewhere?
I too have an old autofocus Polaroid camera (can't remember the model)
and would like to use the ultrasonic gubbins from it.

The answer is no, what I used is the schematic diagram for the Polaroid 6500 rangefinder board. the circuit is almost identical exept for a transistor preamp betwen the transducer and the receiver.
